This was a gift for a wonderful woman. She is recovering from a surgery and I wanted to send her some flowers. I was at the local Trader Joe's and found these pretty magenta wax flowers (whatever those are) and these deep purple blooms. I took and old square vase, and glue gunned some left-over yellow damask upholstery fabric to the vase. Then I tied some left-over ribbon around it. I arranged the smaller wax flowers on the outside, and the deeper purple blooms on the inside. This was the first time a flower arrangement of mine turned out nice! Hooray.
